>In reguards to this matter the customer bought a car from us which needed to be shipped.The car left our facility via the customers shipper.The shipping company lost their truck,trailer and the buyers car.STOLEN.Once recovered the buyer refused the vehicile.Apon recieving the car back the buyer was refunded in full.The shipping company was to blame here not myself.The claims made by Leon should be for the shipping company not myself,son,or FIREBIRD CAMARO SPECIALTIES OF NY...The Matter has been resolved.Amazing people come on here and make threats against others,really pathetic!!

A defimation lawsuit is being filed in orange county new york in reguards to these false statements.The buyer never paid a lump sum of $3750 yes it was paid through family and friends because i would have had to pay 3% It took over 3 months for full payment the car sat here inside for almost 6 months i offered to bring the car and parts to north carolina for fuel fees only to help reduce the shipping fees the buyer would have incurred by having it sent to texas.The carolina title was left in the car with the additional parts the buyer requested.A week after the car was picked up he has issue with the title .The car was advertised with a reconstructed title.In the 6 plus months of finalizing this transaction not once did the buyer request the title or say anything about it.Suddenly he has an issue with it the car,the parts etc?This car was advertised as it is in need of restoration or parts with a reconstructed title,I did not misrepresent this car in anyway.I have tried to resolve this with the buyer who is very unreasonable I offered to take the car back? But he wants money refunded and to keep the car?This car sold for $3750.a restored car of this age sells for upwards of $20,k.... I never misrepresented this car and his rant on here is not accurate by any means.Sad that you can go and trash someone and then it is out there forever.Thank You
