First Christian Academy Don't share your banking information pearland Texas

Whatever you do please do not provide your banking information to this school. My son got sick and went to urgent care, the principal of his school called the urgent care and accused them of falsifying documents for him to miss school. He's 3 years old by the way. Anyway, I of course call to unenroll him. The principal Ms Duval acted as though she didn't know her own fax number so I had to drive to the school with my sick 3 year old and infant baby. I was later told by the principal that she would not accept his dr's excuse and that I had to pay the full tuition for that week and that my 2 week notice wouldn't go into effect until the next month! She then went on and said I signed a 12 month contract with their school! I don't know anyone who would sign a 12 mt non refundable contract with a day care.  Totally fabricated. The school ran my credit card on file for an additional $240.

I was then told that his last day would have to be an additional 2 wks later. It's no way on God's geeen Earth any parent should have to pay an entire month of tuition for a child who doesn't attend their school. I had to place a stop payment on my account. Which cost me $30 at chase and block them from going into my account all together! Please never ever give this school your banking information for automatic drafts. As convenient as making payments are this way, some people will obviously abuse it. If I did know someone sending their kiddo to this facility due to the top of the line facilities being full, I would tell them to pay cash every week to avoid trying to get ripped off by rules they make up as they go along if it benefits them financially. I honestly don't know how they're still in business with these practices. But it makes sense why they'll always have spots available for your kids!!!!
