First Class Whitening - Premier Teeth Whitening NO SUCH THING AS FREE TRIAL - paid for free trial/shipping, then charged $94.31 "OUR PRODUCT NOT FREE" Henderson or Las Vegas Nevada

One day while reading my email - mostly coupon blogs and sites - trying to save money, one of the sites had a "FREE TRIAL TOOTH WHITENING SYSTEM - PAY ONLY SHIPPING AND HANNDLING".  So I signed up my info - no phone number listed, that's how my credit card company can determine, among other ways, that I did not sign up through their website...  Anyway, long story shory, I see a $1.09 charge for FREE TRIAL and $3.87 for USPS -- then eight days later, I have had the trial for only 2 days, I am charged (UNAUTHROIZED) $94.31 because I did not cancel within the 8 days - well actually from the order day of the 12th to that day - the 20th - IS 8 days, but the guy tried telling Capital One it was 9 days - and actually you don't get to try the product for 8 days since it wasn't mailed until the 13th, and they said the actual product was in the box with the free trial - NOT! AND his argument is that the box is sent by weight -well actually a*****e - I still hove the box and you charged $3.87, but the USPS is only $2.55.  They are refusing to reverse charges saying there are 3 options, about sending it back - sending what back?  Or getting 55 dollars back - it was so frustrating I ended up crying.  The wonderful fraud specialist from Capital One was one a 3-way call with us and even argued with him.  He kept saying last line of terms and agreement - well i did this thouhg a coupn site -a link - not on their website -AND THEY LISTED NO TERMS!!!  IT IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF AND THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS- STAY CLEAR OR CHANGE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!
