THis company is horrible ! they make mistakes with your batchout on their end and then do not do a single thing to correct it . their customer sservice is non-existent  , when i called to talk to them they sounded bored and uninterested, you can spend up to an hour or more to get one answer . the phones they use for customer assistance are faulty , can barely hear what they are saying ,broken up conversations ,etc .

their prices per transaction are the highest and once you sign the contract with them , BEware ! you can't get out of it ! the credit card machine they Make you buy is only set to work with fdgl and once you buy it and want to change to a different company you cannot use the same credit card machine , even though i spent four years buying the thing !! absolutely horrible , horrible all the way around !
