I purchased a jacket from their online store on 11/15. I received it on 11/20 and decided it was too big so I called the main store in NYC Meatpacking district and the store employee said I could bring it in store to return. When I went out of my way to go return they told me they made a mistake and online returns cannot be returned in store and if I wanted I could get a store credit .... No I did not want a store credit it was the first time I purchased from this brand and did not like it at all and would not like any other items there .. I asked if he knew how I could return it online and he said he did not know!

I sent them emails and called them everyday past two days every hour and have not gotten a response from them. I truely think they lack the better sense to allow people to return for a full credit to credit card and is running a scam by not allowing returns when on their site a little area says returns allowed within 30 days but with no further information on how to return and their corporate contact number always goes to voicemail. 

I have this jacket I do not want and I cannot just get store credit without getting tot he bottom of it and admitting defeat by this scamming company! I was told they have a few stores in NYC, but with their lack of real return policy I would avoid buying from this brand if it is your first time since you won't be getting your money back if you decide to return the item.

I apologize, but the company contacted me back finally and it was all a misunderstanding. My packaging did not come with the return instructions and the pre-paid packaging label when it should have. Fortunately I worked with a great representative, Jenny, and she got all the missing paper work I needed to send the item back. Thank you!
