On August 7 2012 I purchase a vehicle from Florida cars 2001 inc. it was an 'as is' car so
felt a little hesitant to buy it but I was assure by the dealer that it
was a very good car, so i decided to trade in my ford 2001 mustang which
i was paying monthly with them and had a remaining estimated balance of
700$. here's where things got fishy when I traded in my vehicle they
told me to lie and tell the loan people (west lake financial) i gave
cash and i also notice they put on my credit application under current
employer: millennium consulaton and under salary:1,600$ when I clearly
told them over the phone that I make about 6 to 7 hundred biweekly and
that I'm a security guard for millennium protection services they told
me don't worry about that its just so I can get approve after that was
done with.
I drove off with the vehicle and by day 2 it started to
overheat as I made my way down to the dealership for maintenance that
they promised me. when i got there I mention the car was overheating
barry told me don't worry about it they will take care of me and promise
they would get the problem fix after they had their mechanic take a
look at it.the mechanic then said it was the fan and it wasn't kicking
in at times so they change it and gave me a another one and as i was
driving it on my way to work it started to overheat again so i brought
it back on day 3 when i got to the office they told me why haven't I
been picking up my phone and that the loan people have been trying to
get a hold of me I told them that my phone was off and it would be back
on Friday. it seem like they were rushing me to get it finalize with
west lake financial i told them what about the car that's overheating on
me they told the same old thing, that they would fix it just talk to
the loan people to verify my identity i told them i wouldn't till the
car get fix. they told me, and by they i mean barry the owner and one of
his employee in the room at the time, that if I don't call them in time
i would loose both cars and not to worry were gonna fix the problem
they took the bmw key and had their mechanic check it out and told me to
call the loan people so i told them let me use the phone so i can call
them barry told me i cant call them on the dealer phone and insist on
paying my phone bill with one of his business credit card I didn't thank
anything of it i just thought he was being nice but now looking back i
realize he was just in a hurry to get rid of a bad car.
so after awards
he then told me to lie to the loan people about why they couldn't get in
touch with me and not to let them know i was in the dealership,I found
it weird that he told me to do that when he in fact he told me the loan
was already approve but still i went along with it so i then call west
lake and told them whatever scripted lie he told me to tell them at the
time west lake financial then told me to hang up so they can call me so i
hung up and and a few seconds later i got a call back and as they were
asking me question they then ask whats my occupation i told them
security guard very low and one of barry employees quickly told me to
say millennium consultant which i kept saying very low to customer
service and kept ask me to repeat it but because i wasnt to happy about
lying i had a very low tone if you ask westlake fanancial for voice
recordings you will see what i mean they then ask me about the car and
ask if it was in working order i told yes but it keeps overheating and
that the dealer ship promise to fix it,after getting off the phone with
them.i went back to talking about the overheating issue with barry he
told me its the radiator and that he is getting me a new one and after
replacing the part i drove off the same thing happen later in the day so
i brought it back and that's when his tone started to change threaten
to repo the car and told me i had to pay the remaining balance on the
mustang or he wont fix it i went over there like 13xs trying to get this
resolve

You went along with a scheme to defraud the lender. As such, YOU are as much as a criminal as they are. Now poor baby, you are having car problems. Too bad...so sad.
