I found Dr Fairbanks through a flyer I received in the mail and he was close to my house and for new patients they would get a 50.0o gift card, so I scheduled my 2 girls an appointment for teeth cleaning and during the teeth cleaning my daughter was told she needed to brush better and was told she had small ones but if continued to brush they wouldn’t develop into a full blown cavity at the end of cleanings I was shocked to find out that my one daughter had 9 cavities and my other daughter had 7 and I was given a treatment plan and was told I would have to pay over $600.00 for the cavities not to mention they didn’t charge me the correct amount and they didn’t have the gift cards available at time of service so it was discussed they would do a teeth whitening kit for both my girls then I was told they would have to wait to get it till all the cavities were done. I decided to go to a 2nd dentist and get an opinion of what I was told and I’m glad I did my 1 daughter only had 2 cavities and my other daughter had 3 cavities and I was told they were overcharging me for the cavities . I then called the dentist office back and told them I would like my 2 gift cards that were promised at time of service , she said she would mail them to me and that she would email me the X-rays and the gift cards , they said they out them in the mail 9-29-14 I have yet to receive them and they are unwilling to do what they promised i don’t believe they even sent the cards out. The 2nd dentist I went to stated their X-rays were horrible and they didn’t take the pictures correctly and it made it look like my girls have cavities when in reality they never did. I would not recommend this dentist they are out for the money and they will scam you!! Go check out the Ripoff report and better business bureau before you decide to go to this dentist!!
