Dewey and Sylvester (owners) are old school cheats who will invite you in as friendly businessmen, then lie, cheat and steal from you when they have your stuff. Stay away if you know what is good for you. I wish I listened to the Yelp reviewes :( I took an amp there for repair, because they were the inly authorized line 6 repair in SD. Repair was a simple swittch replacement. When I called they said should be about 1/2 hr job at 80/hr, but have to bring in to confirm. Once i gave them the amp, they confirmed switch replacement and they charged me a 30 diagnosis fee (which they didnt tell me about before I came in and they had my amp) and estimated 80+part to repair. They took over 2 months to get a part, which the supplier said they had in stock. When I brought my amp back to be repaired, they charged me 130 (they did apply the diagnosis fee to this amount) which was way more than the estimate, without my authorization (even though I specifically said to call if more than the estimate). Dewey claimed there was hours of work involved in the repair (please....hours to replace a selector nob!) I filed a complaint with Breau of electronic repair. Go to Moze Guitar, really nice folks there or even guitar center or anywhere else, these guys are old school bait and switch cheats!
