Purchased a 1100Mah Battery from the Palm Harbor location only for the port to stop working. Fast forward brought it in and they said it was my fault I shoved it into hard etc. I exclaimed that it was working the night but stopped working in the middle of the day (didn't drop it barely used it at all etc.) before in which he just said 'oh yeah it's charging your right' but THEN proceeded to tell me I broke it and it was my fault etc. This company and other affliated with it buy cheap products sell them very high marked up and blame you if they stop working. There are two reports claiming similar things so beware when buying from this company.
