Defamation is not going to solve your problem Sherry, You have your product. You have your installation. You wanted to make small payments because you couldn't afford this pool. Bobby worked with you on your payment, and obviously when you order something, you have to pay for it. You have tried to bully your way around. You tried to blame us for your personal problems. You tried to demand an installation after rain. You called our business contact - no problem, you have cut us down to the police, to Hoffinger, online. All because your boyfriend didnt want you to purchase this pool. You even stated that he was going to kick you and your daughter out because of your decision. Well, those are personal problems. You are extremely low class for posting garbage like this. Our home business may be small, but this is where i live and my kids live. I have more decency for the We have not done anything to you. You are spiteful and looking to get something for free. I have sent all of this to my attorney. I explained to you before that i will take you to court for defamation of character. We did not take your money and run. You are lawsuit happy. You called the other day cursing and declaring your taking us to court. Well so be it. By the way, that cost money too. Fran M.

An occasional customer that wants something for free You do not get things for free just because you complain and post trash online. Sherry and Brian - what else do you want? We did not criticize your home. Your poor outlook is worse than my house. By the way, we have restored our home - we bought it to fix it up - that's our business. You cannot demand anything else from us. Your boyfriend Brian watched the installation of your pool. He had no complaints. Do you really need your pool for free? It seems that maybe you made a poor decision because you could not afford the pool to begin with. Regardless, you have your pool and your installation and yet you still want more. It's an above ground pool. Goodness.

Frontier Pools of Texas & BW Pool Installers Frontier Pools Texas & BW Pool Installer Bobby McCullah & Fran McCullah Date 06/28/09 Time: 11:15 am We have contacted Fran and Bobby to look at the pool and they refuse to look at the pool, they can only use there drama as an excuse not to honor the contract. When you sell and install a product and a customer says there is a problem you apologize then you go out and fix it. Fran and Bobby have no intension of fixing it and they know what is wrong with it because they did it intentionally. After almost four months of waiting and wondering, (While holding the full payment in cash they demanded up front) if Bobby and Fran would install the pool and excuse after excuse and promises to install then not showing up and not calling and not answering there phone they finally decided they would be nice and install the pool. I noticed some problems immediately and the more I looked the more problems were seen. I called a professional installer to get a second opinion and had him look without me saying anything. He looked at everything then asked when it was installed and I told him less than three weeks. I told him to write a report and an estimate on what it would take to correct the problems. The pool needs to be taken down the the ground leveled correctly and he stated that what Bobby and Fran sold us was not a Dura-bottom and was too thin to do the job and the liner was installed incorrect. He also noted among other things that frame supports were never placed on the concrete blocks and the skimmer was too far from the main drain. (should be 3 feet instead of 10 feet)
