Frost Kennels/Frost Guard Dogs Bob Frost and Will Jones are scammers. They put dogs on craigslist for sale and list the wrong age of the dog.Their dogs are kept in a garage in crates with woodchips for flooring. They create online pedigrees that say dogs are titled and that they have been OFA health certified when they have not. They have you come sign a contract but dont filling the blanks claiming it is just for tax purposes only then when you leave they mark additional info on the contract. They claim they are unable to give you a contract because their copier/scanner isn't working.
They have many complaints against them filed with the Erie County OH Animal Control. Thy claim to have done all vaccines themselves then reply to the BBB that all vaccines were done prior to them purchasing her but have no proof to back that up. They also associate with known felons to obtain dogs. One person they were obtaining dogs from has recently pulled back her dogs after finding out 2 people got her dogs for a fee butshe was told they were given away. They also managed to change the AKC papers without the knowledge of th co-owner to Bob Frost's name as owner.

Frost Kennels - No AKC papers

I purchased Darkfall Axa back on March 12th and have yet to receive her AKC papers
It’s now been 10 weeks that I’ve been waiting for papers
I understand that they were supposed to be mailed out a couple of times now, each time they were mailed without tracking numbers - so there’s no way to know what happened to the papers
I spoke with AKC and it’s possible to get a duplicate copy mailed to you for $20
I am even willing to pay this fee, we just need to hop on a 3 way phone call so I can give them my card number

I am pleased to say I spoke with teh President Bob Frost today and he was able to shed light on the miscommunication that occured during the sales transaction. He has spoke with th employee involved and educated him on the proper proceedure of the company in handling sales. Mr Frost has also went to the added expense to his company of having sales contracts drafted by an attorney to address different sales terms on an individual sale bases rather than a checklist of options. I am very pleased with Mr Frost handling of the situation.

I am Bob Frost the owner of Frost Kennels. 330-267-8014. We do not sell our dogs on craigslist we rehome them from time to time when we rescue them. Gwen Austin of Michigan is a scammer who buys and breeds dogs off craigslist. Feel free to give me a call or check out our website at any time. Better yet like us on Facebook and ask anyone there opinion on us. We rehomed a 7 year old dog to Gwen as-is and she is upset she has signs of him displaysia. She filed a report with BBB and Attorney Generals and now here. All three are wrong. And her friend Sheila who put tarras pedigree online they added false titles and ofa scores. ANYONE WHO BUYS AN OFAD OR TITLED DOG GETS A CERTIFICATE so obviously she is clueless to how it even works in the dog world. We have text messages where she asked if the dog is titled and we clearly stated NO. And change AKC papers... OK thats not possible call and ask the akc. Our dogs in the army and police departments speak enough on our credibility. Not to mention our many trips to Europe. Sorry to talk everyones ear off we just dont want any one to be fooled by this scammer again. Again this is a dispute to protect our good image and anyone feel free to give me Bob Frost the owner of Frost Kennels a call or email anytime. We love to make everyone happy. Any comlaints with any other department are from Gwen and her childish friends.
