We purchased 3 carnival tents from this company they helped us load the car and when we purchased them it was in October 2012 we weren't going to use them until spring or summer. The problem was when we opened them in May 2013 to finally use them pieces were missing bags were ripped and a tent top that had never been opened was ripped. We contacted them they said email pictures which we did. Then we sent them the same pictures by phone to their email .They kept delaying getting back to us and finally told us the owner Steven Poretskin was out of town so they couldn't do anything about this. We called 2 more times and followed up with emails and they finally just got back to us and said there is nothing we can do for you. They only had to fix 1 seam that was ripped and give us the missing parts that they shorted us to begin with but no they would rather be rude and lose customers.We tried to handle this fairly but they do not seem to care about quality workmanship.We wanted an outcome of Repair of the tent top that you can see we never used and was newly opened.Also we want the pieces that were missing a set of tent stakes and tie downs .The three tents we purchased 2 out of 3 bags were ripped so their work is so cheap material wise I can't see them holding up even if they gave new ones but they should offer to replace them also. They did nothing to resolve the issue and refuse to help repair their damaged products.
