Gadgets-plus via Ebay Internet ebay scam Lombard Internet

Purchased a set of utility wheels from this company on Ebay.

They were sold as NEW.

Received wheels dirty, oily and rusty. It was important that i cleaned these wheels up and use them at that time. I shouldnt have to wait and purchase from another seller and pay to return ITEM AS NOT DESCRIVBED to seller!!!!. I contacted seller. They WOULD NOT give partial refund!

Filed a return through ebay. apparently there is no longer a partial refund area as their use to be. its return or not! again... I would have to pay to return them. What thinking is that?? 

contacted Ebay and they said i was protected. Yeah... well... when the time for returning was over... I didnt see anything that Ebay described as being able to escalate this. Not wanting to spend any more time. I left Negative feedback. Not mean... just stating they are not selling new items. Apparantly when i was contacting this company asking for a partial refund letting them know i would leave positive feedback if we can just get this over with... it was a violation???? I didnt threaten the seller with negative!!!!!!!  I meant it as in lets get the refund taken care of and I will leave pos feedback and we will all be happy!

Ebay not only took his negative feedback away but took my positive feedback from the seller away also!!!!

Ebay has never helped me as a seller when the buyer has screwed me! I see they are not doing very good at backing buyers either.

I will file an additinal complaint regarding ebay!
