GMB FOODS IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS. WE CALLED THE PRESIDENT THREE MONTHS AGO AND LEFT 7 MESSAGES BEFORE HE RETURNED A CALL. ONCE WE TOLD HIM WHAT WE NEEDED HE NEVER CALLED BACK EVER. STAY CLEAR THIS GUY AND COMPANY IS A WASTE OF TIME.

We are extremely proud of our business having been in existence for nearly 30 yrs.
We private label to some of the nation's best known retailers (and some smaller one shop retailers): these retailers having been our good customers for over 25 of those nearly 30yrs. of our existence.
We deal both nationally and internationally and sell both wholesale to retailers and direct to the consumer.
I personally pride myself in returning phone calls (my father was ill during this period as I was away from business and phone calls for a short while).
I strive to provide the best customer support possible and believe this is evidenced by our many years in the business and the many, many long term relationships we have formed.
You simply do not enjoy this type of success without returning calls and providing good customer support.
Actually, many of these customers have become more friends than customers as a result of these relationships.
I feel badly that this one individual has had a bad experience. We certainly cannot fullfill everyone's needs and apparently this was the case here.
To call us a "terrible business" and a "waste of time" I feel has little, if any, basis in reality a result of the facts and the mulititudes of happy customers spanning nearly 30 yrs..
I wish this individual only the best and apologize they feel so poorly about us.
