Stay away, unless you want to throw away the money! They are very nice untill they have your car with the transmission down, then the fun begins. They knowingly lie to you to get you on the hook. They promise free towing, but they fail to mention is only INTO the shop! They promised first that for a small fee (about 45 dlls) they will tell me what was wrong with my trsnsmission. Then they called me to say that it had to be taken down for further inspection and the owner himself told me it wouls not go over 700.00. Long story short they ended up asking 1700.00 for the job! Wwhen I told them that they had lied to me, to put it back together they said they had to charge me about 400.00 to put it back. I then told them to tow it back as is and they refused. After a lot of arguing they did the job for 1200.00 and then later they "found" that the transmission cooler was damaged and had to be replaced for an extra 120.00. At the end the transmission ended up just "OK". Stay away from the robbery and agravation.

First of all we would never quote $700.00 to rebuild a transmission and second of all $1200.00 is extremely reasonable for a transmission rebuild with a 1 year warranty. I fail to see the "scam" or "ripoff" after as you meantioned the price was supposed to be $1700.00 and we made a $500.00 price concession in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Furthermore, yes we are happy to offer our customers free towing "with repair". I do not know of any establishment that tows cars in and back to customers without having any repairs performed. Our mission for over 22 years has been to try to keep the price as reasonable as possible while still maintaing quality workmanship and good customer service. We try our hardest to make each and every one of our customers happy but unfortunately when a person's transmission fails they are inevitably going to be disappointed. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can somehow attempt to resolve whatever remaining issues you seem to have.
