I shopped two restaurants for Goodwin & Associates as one of their Mystery Shoppers. I paid for the meals, completed all reports and emailed them the required receipts the same day as requested. The token amount I was to be paid for this service was supposed to be sent to me in 6 to 12 weeks. After 3 months passed I sent an email inquiring about money. I never received a reply to my email. I called customer service and was told that "back in July we had an accountant that had caused problems and we have not caught up yet". She said she would send my name to accounting and someone would take a look for me.
July of 2009 to Feb of 2010 is a really long time to be behind in accounting. As of yet, I have not heard from the accounting dept.
I filed a report with the Attorney General of my state.
