green dot has a block on my account and i have sent ID and still over $4,000 of my money is stitting in an account that i cannot use even though they are still taking their $5.95 monthly fee out. customer service is the worst i have ever experienced!!
! i have a family of 6 and every penny we have is sitting in a green dot account collecting them interest!!! i am furious and want my money this is going to cause me to lose my home and my entire life! something needs to be done, these people are criminals and i will make sure nobody in my family, or who i know will never make the same mistake that i did choosing green dot

What is the reason they claim to justify this? Secondly and more importantly, why are you messing around with this anyway? What about a local bank and checking account?
