GSM Nation THEY LOST MY PHONE SENT TO THEM FOR REPAIR AND HAVE NOT OFFERED ME ANY COMPENSATION Nationwide

I sent my phone to GSM for repair (via courier) which was they received by GSM on 3/7/15.  After which I've contacted them numerous times to see if they had got it and ask them when I could expect it back. Each time it took a while for them to reply but they finally admitted they couldn't find in on 28/7/15.

Since then I have provided POD as proof that it has been delivered to the correct address along with the signature of the person who accepted the good at their end but they have just ignored me which only leads we to believe that they have actual LOST my PHONE and don't wont to do anything about it.  I have sent numerous emails but they have not responded to any of them since 31/7/15.  I have also tried to call them but its always an answer machine.  I left messages for them to call me back but they never ever called me back either!

I am really upset and totally disappointed with the way they have treated me. I can honestly say I have never been treated so POORLY as a customer.  I have been without my phone for nearly two months now and I am out of pocket £400 and they don't seem one bit bothered which is totally unacceptable.  I have took advice and it looks like the only way I will be able to get my money back is by taking them to a SMALL CLAIMS COURT so BEWARE before dealing with this company!
