H & T Furniture Co. Ltd. Bad quality sofas Foshan Internet

We have been dealing with H&T furniture Co Ltd from 2013 During the first couple of years we have always been satisfied with the sofas supplied. However purchases of sofas from 2015 resulted in a lot of complaints from our customers. The sofas had an identical problem with the upholstery flaking and peeling. Over the past year we repeatedly complained to H&T about the problems we were facing and Cassy Lou always stated that we should replace the defective sofas or reimburse the dissatisfied customers and in turn they will compensate our company with the losses we were incurring due to their cheap quality products. After settling with our clients we submitted a global claim with H&T and to our surprise Ms Cassy advised that they could not honour the warranty as our claims were time barred! A client of ours contacted H&T directly and to our surprise Miss Cassy replied that the upholstery of the sofas they were selling to us should had a life span of one and a half years. Now considering that in Malta, European Law stipulates a mandatory 2 year guarantee on goods supplied to consumers, and in view of the fact that Messrs H&T always acknowledged the 2 year warranty, we certainly feel that Messrs H&T have not been acting in good faith in their business relation to us. We have now been sending several e mail chasers and obviously we never received any replies. We feel that H&T have acted in a very unprofessional and untoward business ethics. We are publishing this information to make sure that any potential buyers weigh the consequence of doing business with H&T as in the future as we are sure that they will be cheated in the same manner. We would be glad to present any relevant authority with documented evidence of our claims.
