I  am a new customer with h20 wireless and started on the 50$ plan. I decided I  liked them and wanted to have more data access. So I switched to the 60$ plan dec 29th 2011. However I was left on the 50$ plan. I called them on the 1st of jan and complained that I was not switched even though I had paid. (after being on hold for hours and hours) I continued calling them until the 14th of January  when I finally got in contact with someone competent enough to switch me to the plan I had paid for. After that my data stopped completely..... :( I called them again and again and again I finally got someone competent said they would be able to turn my data back on and put the 2gb I paid for on the plan. However after 10 min the data web access again stopped!!! so now on the 16th I called them again said I had no access to web/data again.... they informed me that I had used my 1gb data already!!!  I did not have access to data since the 1st  of jan when i was on the wrong plan so how did I use it???!!! AND I had also paid for 2GB since that was the plan when I had paid in dec not JAN!!! At this time it is more of a waste of my time and not worth it since I have literally wasted over 3 days time on hold trying to fix this issue... So i called their customer service to get my account number to save my number i ported in to switch to another carrier... their web page wont give you your account number so I had to wait on hold for hours finally received it and when I went to another carrier to switch it.... I find out the info they gave was incorrect or that they denied the port :( so im again on hold now and I am worried I am going to lose my phone number!!!!!!!!!!

  Other complaints:

Tech support..... none you cant contact them direct.... all you get is customer service who have to open tickets and then submit them you can not contact them direct

Billing.... again you cant contact them direct you have to call their "customer service" and open a ticket and wait wait wait wait... and no they dont call you back even if you open a ticket for them to do so....

On hold..... the worst I have ever experienced.... ever.... you are on hold and may be randomly sent to some voicemail.... or some calling card company.... or just disconnected... average wait time for me is over an hour not counting the number of times redirected or disconnected the frustration from having to call customer service alone will probably chase most customers away if they have a need to call them :)

Really ?

AUTHOR: Diogenes - (USA)

It's $50 and $60, not 50$ and 60$.  Where did you come up with this idiocity, anyway ???  Apparently you need to learn the US monetary system.
