the hcg diet is becoming more popular. my mother used HCGdietcanada.com and got amazing results, and customer service support. I first must say that this diet does work. BUT be careful where you get it. I used HCG-drop-direct.com, and I believe they not only sent me a placebo, but only filled it half way, therefore making it impossible to finish the diet terms and protocol. This company is  a guaranteed money back site. problem is, they dont give you they money back, they dont return emails or phone calls. I am attching the letter I sent them, as was their policy for refunds! after a month of trying to get a hold of someone, (by both email andphone) I am charging back my credit card as fraud and warning people of this site.

HCG Diet Refunds,
I am writing this email to express my utter disappointment in both the HCG drops provided by this company, as well as the customer service, or shall I say lack thereof. This letter is a request, rather a demand, for my money back, which should not be a problem, as you state you have a money back guarantee.

I purchased the drops on the 27th of June, and began the diet on the 30th of June, start weight 152.  I followed DR.Simeons 500 VLCD diet to exact precision, I weighed and journaled all food. I suffered quite a few side effects that your site said I would not experience, including extreme and constant hunger, headaches, mood swings, nausea, and fatigue. I was so dedicated to this diet that I did not falter, or cheat once.

UNFORTUNATELY I did not lose weight or inches, as seemed to be the norm with others doing the diet. By the end of 2 weeks, I noticed that I was running out of drops, I tried to call your number to order more drops, and on a rush shipment so that I could at least finish the 21 days, but it is only automated! I attempted numerous times by email, and still not response. At that point I was so commited that I would have paid extra for expedited shipping, and more product, but NO response!Therefore despite sticking to the diet, and finishing the drops, I could not reach anyone to purchase more, and ran out by the 16th day, which is ridiculous because it says it should last 21 days, and DR.Simeons protocol says the diet must be adhered to strictly for at least 21days+.

My end weight when the drops ran out was 150lbs, which I assume happened only because I threw up so much from the nausea of the headaches!  I am currently at 154 now, my highest weight ever.

I want my money back immediately, because I stuck to the protocol, and am not satisfied with my results. If it takes a long time to get a response, as it did when I attempted to contact you earlier in the month, I will charge back my credit card as fraud, and post this letter on every HCG forum site, and rip-off report.com.
