Please note: I would like to say upfront that I clicked on the link for this company's website from here at RipOffReport.com and the front end of the website for Healthychoicegarcinia.com is not the same as the web pages my $4.95 shipping payment was made from. The web pages viewable now clearly have choices for ordering trial products that was not part of my experience being ripped off by them.  What I am reporting here is completely true to the best of my records and recollection and in quite some detail.  So they either have changed their MO or have multiple ordering fronts. Bottom line when I called the company they had records of my supposed order that I did not place and would not refund the monies they stole.

 

 

The Company Healthy Choice associated with Garcinia Cambogia a Dietary Supplement offered me a FREE 90 day supply.  They advertised get your free bottle now!  Cost of Shipping was just $9.95 with a special -$5.00 discount Today January 18, 2014. Total Cost $4.95 . On the right side of the page I entered my name and address being vigilant to read all the details on the page, not getting distracted by the Bikini clad tropical full color beautiful girls.  This seemed simple enough and being a detail guy I read everything and kept copies of the order pages.

 

I was keeping my eyes open waiting for the catch to receiving this free Bottle (that's singular [a bottle] and specified 90 Day supply) now with beautiful large colorful fruity graphics and large print specific to the seemingly no strings attached offer, except the strings attached to the Beautiful bikini clad models in full steaming color all the way down the very elaborate long beautifully and professionally set web page designed to get my Name and Address.  ENTER. They got it!

So tell me who in there right mind would not trust Healthy Choice as they appear to be doing business with all these ALL AMERICAN Trustworthy Good named Companies.  (Well I feel like a fool now that I think about it, I should have been looking for the FRAUD and Credit Card Theft icons) ENTER. They got it!

 

 

Your web confirmation order is: they supplied me with a number and this supposed receipt page made me feel confident that I was being charged only $4.95 today January 18TH 2014.  They even had a phone number and an email address.

 

So what really happened: A few weeks later I receive a USPS bulk mail package.  I opened it and was surprised to find 4 bottles of Healthy Choice Garcinia Cambogia.  Each bottle contains 60 capsules and the directions say Serving Size 2 capsules.  Servings per container 30.  I remember thinking, Eh, they must really believe in this product and and want us to like it and order again or they are trying to pull a fast one on me here. I had figured this might be 120 days worth of a supply but not really sure as there are no directions.  This certainly wasn't one bottle, but one bottle was for sure not the free 90 day supply they had promised me. I thought I had better check the packing slip, but low and behold, "No Packing Slip". Nada, Nothing in writing in the package at all.

 

I know that all my records are on the computer, so she started using this supplement recommended by DR Oz. 2 Capsules per day.  So here it is February 20 2014 well into the second bottle of 30 capsules.  I receive my Credit Card statement and see that Healthy Choice had waited 9 days from my shipping order date and without my authorization or my knowledge charged my Credit Card $148 on January 27 2014.

 

I called the customer service number (and by the way if I had not made my page copies on the pc through this order process I would not have been able to find any record or had any way to contact them) and said they made a mistake and they told me that I made the mistake and that I had agreed to there Terms and Conditions.  I found out I supposedly could return three unopened bottle if they issued me a RMA and I might get a partial refund. I informed then that they committed fraud and credit card theft and that they needed to return my funds. Anyway by this time there are not 3 unopened bottles to return if I wanted to, and besides, that was not the deal they offered me.  I was bamboozled.

 

I called my Credit Card Company and they filled out a disputed charge for me and said they would try to get the funds back on my behalf. However if Healthy Choice decides not to return those funds, then the choice of whether I would get back the money Healthy Choice stole would be up to VISA.

 

I went back to the order page that I entered my Credit Card information on.  Remember Page 2 I described.  I blew up the page and reread it very carefully. Some almost invisible microscopic print reads as follows:

I tell you this print was not readable on the page when I placed the shipping order or I never would have bothered.

 

OK then I am thinking, "what trial period? I believed I had paid for shipping of a 90 day free supply of Garcinia Cambogia in a single  Bottle"  Just what they had offered me in bold print with pretty girls in bikinis and all for just $4.95 shipping. I suppose Healthy Choice thinks they can put some tiny print on the web page and that makes their stealing legal.  I believe they are in the wrong here.

 

This company Healthy choice has some deep pockets to get this scam set up in the first place with the website graphics and real people answering the phones.  They should be ashamed of themselves, and Connecticut, why are you harboring these felons to be? I will be in touch.
