I called and cancelled this insurance over a year ago. I stopped receiving the receipts via email so I figured all was done and over with. The last email receipt I received was 8/15/15. Today 1/16/17, I received an email receipt for authorized recurring charges of $24.98. I did not realize that these thieves were still charging me all along after I cancelled. They just stopped sending the receipt via email but they still had their hands in my bank account. I called their call center whom by the way refused to give me a physical address and was extremely rude and basically calling me a liar . The rep named Nadia had the audacity to refer to me as an animal because I was so angry. She kept insisting that I never cancelled. Then why did they stop sending me ereceipts for a year? I had to prove to them that I cancelled. After a year it is difficult to find that cancellation code I wrote down.
