I worked for this company in form of telecommuting for approximately four days.  The company claim to pay you $8.00 an hours plus $3.00 for every transfer.  Unfortunately, after the orientation, I was informed that I had to get 10 leads prior to starting at the $8.00 plus $3.00 and would only receive $7.00 per lead until I generated 10 leads.  I worked for 30 plus hours and never got paid.  The requirement was to ask potential students qualifying questions (i.e., their interest in of study, two programs of choice, and if they graduated fromhigh school or had a GED), then informed them they were bing recorded for quality assurance prior to transferring to the next respresentative.  At that point, the outbound representative meets the qualification (or at least that is what I was told).  I couldn't even get pass the 10 leads, because when I would get close to meeting the guidlines, the "QC" department would find a problem and take the lead way.  Obcourse, you never are able to listen for varification.

Finally, I got feed-up, and told them they were cheatubg ne iyt if my leads, they didn't like being told the truth about their illegal organization, and decided that that would not pay me for any of my work.  The company has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau for a reason.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Rip Off

It’s obvious Amy is one of the Beggars or so called Supervisors, makes sure you have a separate email address, cause u will receive about 15 emails every 5 minutes, basically the same E-mail sent from different Beggars. because none of them have a clue on whats going on.  The main Beggar is guy name Jamie who sends out threats every 20 minutes about keeping your stay at home job and be adults about working hours they cant cover on the phones.  Then when hes giving a training class sounds like he constipated or something is wrong with his breathing.  Another thing about training you will be required to listen to other calls and do training video’s with out getting paid for it.  then the funny thing is that once the annoyed customer is on the line you have to go through a 2 page script you are required to read to them without the customer hanging up,  At the same time u have to lie to customer and tell them it will only take a minute or two and create small take while reading the manifesto and hope the customer dont notice they are on the phone for 15 minutes.  Then like Amy says they have a Quality Control, which are more idiots that will find something wrong with the call and try not to pay you for the call, something the the call was to long, because you took time to breath from reading the manifesto.  THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAQUE!!!!!!

Completely happy with my employment.

I am gainfully employee through this company, and have been for going on four months. As an agent also telecommuting I was required to make a specified number of leads before I could be placed on hourly. Through this hands on approach I was given feedback and taught how to effectively assist our prospects with our service while making commision based on my inital perseverance. Although not all of my leads were QC standard it was a great way to learn how to place quality calls with honesty to the clients I contacted. I personally have had several of my calls emailed to me so that I too could listen to where I had made an error and learn how to better serve our clients. From day one it was clear that we do not follow through with any of the qualifying questions without informing the client that "all calls are recorded for quality assurance" and is clearly written in every prompt and script that is at the heading of the verification process, even before the first question. As for the illegitimate claim that it is a scam, I have never had any problems with my paychecks, and the time there was an error(on my end) they promptly corrected it for me. The time and hard work I have invested in this place of employment has benefited me and my family greatly, financially and by enabling me to work from the comfort of my own home. On a personal note, I have worked in telemarketing for years and this is the best company that I have worked for by far.
