we purchased our home in 1980 we ref. in 1999 with Western Finicial then via mail we were told to send payments to homecomings GMAC ok we did for 11 years now my husband is a disabled vet and they gave us permission to pay 500.00 via western union and we did we filed paperwork with them at least 6 times and they would lose one thing or another well quess what i still tried to send 500 a month thats 500.00and they refused i said i still want to pay and the girl jenifer told me via phone we are in foreclosure the next day i got the letter i still tried to pay with no sucess and here we are done been to court once and this time they forgot something in their paperwork well now we have to go back to court nov 29 at 900 please someone help us we have nowhere to go we are both sick and my husband is in bad shape not to mention they have distroyed our credit HELP US PLESAE
