HomeAdvisorPro Service Magic Was trying to cancel account within 3 days, after receiving "bogus" leads with completely wrong addresses. Tried to cancel via life chat, had to wait 20 min - no one initiated the chat. Had to call 3 times to cancel, finally, after canceling , had an e-mail congratulating me on the opening of the account with them! Had to stop payment on my credit card and now got the letter from them threatening to send my account to collection! Golden Colorado

Was trying to cancel account within 3 days after signing up and recieving "bogus" leads with completely wrong addresses.
Tried to cancel via live chat - after 20 min waiting no one answered the message. Called 3 times - after 3rd time and a promise to cancel, had an e-mail congratulating me on the opening an account with the company. Had to put a stop on the credit card payments and now got a letter threatenning to take me to collection agency.
