hot tub company. No way total ripoff . They buy the parts and put it together. fiberglass tub is made from a up state hot tub company " Pdc" . Ply wood all motors are rebuilt. Not new like they say. Warranty is a joke. They lie. Read it for your self and you will see . they can't hide from the lies and there patern of complants. Look it up
