They make their money on the S&H and P&H and those that don't ask for their money back. The internet is full of their customers that claim the product is a scam. These Bracelets come from China and are worth about $1.00 apiece claims one customer.

Buyer be ware. These are Cheap, Useless , Worthless, Bracelets!!!

Unbelievable

AUTHOR: Ramjet - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, September 30, 2010

I cannot believe that TV channels are low enough to even accept advertising for this cheesy ripoff.  I've seen the ads and they are so unbelievable and pathetic that it's hard to see how anyone could be fooled into actually buying one.

Companies like this have no shame whatsoever and it's apparently not illegal to advertise them but I just wish that companies would have enough integrity to refuse the ads (I know, I know, wishful thinking when money is involved).

Anyway, I am not surprised you are having trouble getting money back.  Next time please don't be fooled by stupid claims.

This company is AKA Harvest Trading Group, physical address 500 Bic Dr., Bldg 4, Milford, CT 06461. When you call the company to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) at 203-306-5764 you get routed to another Robo system with no live person being available. The recording directs you to select a number to be directed to the department that authorizes returns. Upon entering some information so that your order can be found, your told that no RMA will be required to return merchandise. Your told to return the merchandise to the address on the packing slip in the original package with all the paperwork without a RMA. On the packing slip, "return directions specify that no refund will be issued without a RMA"!!! In addition the Refund directions also state that the Merchandise must be returned within 10 days from being authorized for a return and that you MUST use a shipping method that has a Tracking Number. All of this is to make it as hard as possible for you to return this merchandise and also make if cost prohibitive. Again, avoid even doing business with them, don't get caught wishing that you had never ordered this Bracelet.
