The person that wrote this for Jennifer Smith is certainly a person with a very questionable background. I am not here to cast stones upon this convicted felon.

I can state I have no criminal record and find the statement about several trips to federal court very humorous to be reading this BS.

Isnt amazing the writing on a bathroom wall must certainly be true? This Rip-off Report is just that a bathroom wall on the internet. OMG LOL.  THE INFO PUBLISHED HERE IS NEVER VERIFIED.

Call Rick Thompson and listen how ashamed he is of his daughters actions. All I can say is it bothers me to NO END that this person (his daughter) is awarded children to care for from the State of Oregon so she can pay her rent another month. 

To further set the record straight: I have no ownership in any MLM company since my first venture of being in partners with another questionable individual several years back, and have no interest in ever doing so again.

IBO Products work and the owner of this company is a VERY RESPECTABLE man. 

This is response to the posting by my daughter, Jennifer Smith.  There is a rebuttal to the primary content of this post but I would like to make a specific reference to the complete, disgusting lack of character and judgement that Jennifer has used.  Her personal references to Julie Freeman, bringing 20+ year old personal history into an illigetimate business complaint is unethical, immoral and shameful.  I have lost total respect for Jennifer.  However,  I will not post personal issues here that could substantially add to the damage that she has caused to our family.

I believe anyone who wastes their time reading Jennifers posting will certainly reassess any decision that they make relative to any future business dealings with Jennifer.  In my opinion she is immature, inexperienced and unable to lead anyone, anywhere, and that is putting it mildly.

This "Ripoff Report" is no better.  Jennifer does not have anything correct in her post.  Neither myself, Julie Freeman or Harry Aston own IBO Products.  This report allows malicious content with no attempt to validate content.

My Name is Rick G. Thompson and I am Jennifer Smiths Father Please Read Below. 
This post is in direct response to the submission made by Jennifer Smith on November 2, 2012.  There are numerous allegations that she has made that have no basis of truth whatsoever.  I am very sorry that my daughter has made these remarks and obvious attempts to attack individuals that she has claimed to have love and respect for.  The unfortunate part of the electronic communication age is that you can never reclaim your words.  To me this is a total cowards approach to any issue.  Posting where the site owner chooses to post and not verify content is as irresponsible as the person making the post.  I choose not to fight my battle on the internet.

Jennifer received written the written communication on October 25th, shown below sent from my  counsel;

Dear Ms. Thompson-Smith:

Please be advised that, I represent your father.  It is clear that there was never an agreement between your father and you in regards to doing business as CSI (Creative Science International, LLC).  What we have is an intent to make an agreement, which never happened.  There is an old phrase that says, in order to have a contract, you must have a meeting of the minds, which in this case, we tried, but could never get on the same page. 

Initially, it was clear that the intent was to form a company with Dr. Karam, yourself and your dad.  At least that is clear in that all three of you were listed as managers of the LLC and then Dr. Karams name was marked out.

It is also clear that there was never an organizational meeting, nor was there ever an operating agreement.  Hence, there was no present agreement to do business, but only attempts to reach an agreement.  No one knew what was expected of the others.  As you are well aware, Dr. Karam backed out of the business venture before it was ever begun.

It is also clear that CSI does not own the software that they were using.  Harry Aston offered to sell the license to the software to CSI, but there was no money to do so.  The only agreement with Mr. Aston and CSI was for Mr. Aston to serve as IT Director, for the sum of $2000.00 per week.  This was paid for a period of time until the funds were exhausted.  Currently, CSI owes Mr. Aston money, which is why he shut down the web site.

It is also clear that the Merchant One credit card account at Wells Fargo is in your name only at the present time and you took your dad off as an authorized user.  Consequently, we do not know how much money is in said account or what amount of chargebacks are against said account, if any, as well.

It is also clear that approximately $70,000 had been brought in to CSI with expenditures greatly exceeding that amount.  In order to be able to pay the bills your dad had to borrow money.
Also, your dad has taken no money from this $70,000.  All expenditures have been to pay legitimate bills CSI owed.

At this point, my client has no money to continue to try and reach an agreement with you, nor to try and make CSI work.  It is with great regret on the part of your father, that I tender his resignation to you.  At this point, it is clear an agreement was never reached between you and your dad and now never will.
