Bought something on the net. next thing I know I am billed $139.95 for WHAT?Next month billed again 4.95 ETC.... I entered a dispute through my credit card co. But they only have to respond not prove you wanted they"re product that you never recieved! So I have to pay this boges co. for something that was in very fine print when I bought something else. How did they get my cc # ? don't know that answer either. Warning to all read everything even if you need a magnifying glass. I guess the ecomemy froces people to ripe honest people off.

They just don't answer the Phone then say "OOPS" you're beyond time.
Get your bank to do a reverse charge, Reason? they're frauds.
You'll also need to close that account, or they'll keep Stealing Umm, Billing you.

This customer signed up for the program on April 12, 2010. This customer did not contact our office in regards to canceling the account. This customer disputed the charge with her bank and ultimately lost that chargeback due to the information we provided of her valid signup.
Based on the fact that the account was not canceled after the account was established, the is no valid cause to provide a refund. Part of the terms and conditions of the program was that a charge of $139.95 would be charged if the account was not canceled before the end of the 3rd business day after the account was established.
