This company continues their scam tactics. They called one of my offices and pretended to be the copier servicing company. They convinced the girl in the office to sign a PO they faxed to her back to them then shipped a single toner cartridge that they billed $698.00 plus $90.74 shipping. I called the company, explained that the girl is not an authorized purchaser, and they said they would email a return label. We'll see if that happens. Fortunately, we haven't paid, so we have some leverage here.
