In-N-Out Burger In-N-Out Burger acting not so Christian-like! Irvine California

Yes we have an attorney. Several wanted to take our case because of the high profile case. We chose the best. My husband was given this paint to work with 4 years ago. He was told nothing different about this paint. They all have organic respirators but these are inadequate when using this product. a PAPR respirator must be worn. NO In-N-Out Burger did not provide their painters with these appropriate respirators. no of the painters were aware they were being exposed. This is WHY OSHA found they had VIOLATED SEVERAL LAWS! I only write about subjects I have DOCUMENTED PROOF on! out of courisity do you happen to work for In-N-Out Burger? 

 You still haven't said how specifically they caused this.

It is fairly clear that that he was some sort of maintance person who as part of his job painted.  Now, when he painted did he wear safety equipment such as a respirator?  Did he try to wear one and they said he wasn't allowed to?  Did at any time during this 8 years he report the unsafe conditions to OHSA?  If you are saying it happened on the job have you gone to a Workmans Comp Attorney?  Most of them actually work on contingency and if you have even a remotely possible case they may not even charge you a single dime up front.  Especially if they can take on a higher profile case such as this company.

Of course it also depends on what he did before?  If he was a painter before did he take precautions that he was forbidden to take at In n' Out?  If so we go back to the question before..did he ever report them to OSHA?

As for  you not having these chemicals around your house?  You mean that you don't have any painted or stained furniture or walls?   Heck, if you have a car there are probably no less than a few dozen pices with those chemicals in them.  So to say that you have NONE around your house is probably a mis-statement.

You also never said what reason they gave for firing him.  Of course if the State ruled in your favor that is really a non-issue for the reason.  But going back to the attorney it would be one more thing that they could use.

You asked just how In-N-Out Burger exposed prevented my husband from seeking medical treatment. They fired him for bullshit reasons which the state of California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Division found in my husbands favor twice! The judge told In-N-Out Burger that the reasons they stated my husband was fired for other reasons other then what they fired him for.

We tried to get Medical for him but even though our monthly income was around $2,000 a month his share of cost each month is $1,425.00! That means every month we would have to pay that out of pocket before he would have insurance. We have lost everything because of this. We have sd everything we could even my diamond wedding ring. We barley can keep a roof over our heads. no money to pay cash for a doctors visit either or to pay cash for medicines. 

Why do you think it seems unlikely that he received his health issues at work? I don't know about you but we certainly don't have dangerous and deadly isocyanates around my house. He was a dedicated painter for them for 8 years and their willful negligence d**n straight caused his health problems! 

 Were others affected?

How, exactly, did they prevent your husband from seeking medical treatment and prescriptions?  Did they have health insurance for him? Did they threaten him if he sought medical help?  Something's not right here.

While sorry to hear about your husband's health problems, it seems unlikely it happened on the job.
