Let me professionally explain why I DO qualify to receive my money back.

May 23rd, 2014 –
I spoke with a “Sales Consultant”: Mr. Anthony Kleine,
                                                 Infusionsoft Sales Consultant
                                                 480-499-6875

He told me with 100% confidence that Infusionsoft is an “all-in-one” “out of the box” program that can handle all functions of running a small business. [Handling all accounting, order management, marketing, Order fulfillment, shipping, and essential processes of running a small business]. He pledged that there would be “No extra costs, and can be set up within hours”.

I gave him my credit card info. He told me I could cancel at anytime, and get a refund if I speak with a specialist and find out this is not a program that does what he said it would do. [He said to not do anything at this time, and wait for a “consultant” to contact me about setting up my account].

The invoice Mr. Kleine sent me shows no terms & conditions, nor did Mr. Kleine ever speak of terms & conditions, or direct me to where I could find these at anytime.

June 4th, 2014-
I spoke with a “Success Consultant”: Ms. Regina Bellows

Regina called me to set up a meeting to discuss the steps to take to set up Infusionsoft for my small business.
I said I did not want to setup Infusionsoft, but ask her more detailed questions about how Infusionsoft can work for my business before I sign up, and set anything up.
After discussing my questions with her, I discovered quickly that Infusionsoft is not an “All-in-one” “out of the box” program that can handle: accounting, order management, fullfillment, and shipping without paying extra for many 3rd party plugins.
She said for me to call back the next day to speak with her, after she talks to her managers.

June 5th, 2014 -
I spoke with Regina again, and she did confirm with me that Infusionsoft can NOT do what the original sales representative I spoke with said it could do WITHOUT paying extra for 3rd party plugins.
I asked to cancel at this time, and issue a full refund.
She told me to call back, and speak with “Mr. Kleine” the sales representative about canceling.

June 5th, 2014 -
I spoke with the original sales representative I dealt with in the beginning. I told him I wanted to cancel, and he informed me that Regina was wrong, and I should speak with a new “success consultant” because Regina no longer works there, and she did not know the program all that well.

I spoke with a “Pro Services Consultant”: Mr. Joseph Darnell
                                                          Infusionsoft Pro Services Consultant

I asked all the same questions I asked Regina, and Joseph told me that Regina was CORRECT, in that Infusionsoft can NOT do what the original sales representative I spoke with said it could do WITHOUT paying extra for 3rd party plugins.
I asked to cancel at this time, and issue a full refund.
He said he made the request for my account to be canceled, and issue a full refund.

We have received your request to discuss your Infusionsoft account. This is an email to confirm that we are aware of your request, and we care about your concerns.  A loyalty manager will reach out to you within 48 hours to discuss any concerns or questions you have. Thank you for your patience, we look forward to speaking with you.

I shared with Mr. Householder my concerns of why Infusionsoft will not work for me, and that I wanted to Cancel.
Mr. Householder said I could not cancel
He told me to trust him that Infusionsoft could do what I needed, and let Joseph set my account up.

I asked Mr. Darnell all the same questions again for the second time, and he transferred me to speak with a “Professional Services Manager” to make sure Infusionsoft can do what Mr. Kleine, and now Mr. Householder said it could do.

I again spoke with a “Professional Services Manager”: Mr. Ron Vallone

I asked Ron Vallone all the same questions about Infusionsoft being an “All-in-one” “out of the box” program that can handle: accounting, order management, fullfillment, and shipping without paying extra for many 3rd party plugins.

He informed me that Mr. Householder was wrong, that Infusionsoft CANNOT do what I needed it to do WITHOUT paying extra for 3rd party plugins.
I asked to cancel at this time, and issue a full refund.
He said I could get a full refund, and cancel.
He told me to call back, and speak with Mr. Kleine “The original sales representative” again about canceling.

I asked to cancel at this time, and issue a full refund.
He said I could get a full refund, and cancel.
He told me he will submit the request back to Mr. Kelly Householder

I told Kelly Householder I wanted to cancel and get my full refund back due to what everyone has been telling me.
I told him everyone confirmed with me that Infusionsoft IS NOT an "all-in-one" "out of the box" program that can do what I needed it to do WITHOUT paying extra for 3rd party plugins.
Mr. Householder told me I did not qualify for a refund.
Mr. Householder even gave me an analogy of how Infusionsoft does business. He said: “What do you think Target would do if you bought something, and simply wanted to return it because you did not like it”.  My response was “They would let you return it”. Mr. Householder said: “Well Infusionsoft wont”.
Mr. Householder said not only will they not issue my money back, but they will also charge me for the remaining money for the program. He said if I don't pay it they will send me to collections, and ruin my credit.

I told Joseph the entire story of what Mr. Housefolder told me, and he said that what Mr. Householder did was not right, and that he try to find a different way for me to get my money back.

Hi Maxwell,
After our talk I spoke with my manager and with Ron, and got the same answer…Kelly is the person who needs to handle your case.

I went and spoke with Kelly as well and told him everything you told me, and how frustrated you were.  He said if you want, you can talk with him again, but indeed he is the Loyalty Manager and has the final word regarding the possibility of a refund.

I hope you can talk with him again and get something worked out.  Personally, I think if you gave it a real shot, Infusionsoft can help your business grow enough to pay for itself, as well as any plug-ins that you’d need…whether in time saved, or more sales.  

So sorry to not be more help, but in the future, you need to direct all correspondence/communication to Kelly please.

I told Wendy my story, and she thought it was wrong, and said I should speak with the manager higher in power Mr. Sean Warner about what has happened.
She said she sent Mr. Warner an email, and that he will get back with me on Monday.

I received your message from Wendy, and discussed the matter with Kelly Householder. He has written notes in your customer record regarding your request for a refund. At this time we will not be fulfilling on that refund request, as we have performed our side of the agreement. We have provided a Kickstart, and in fact have reassigned you with a new consultant and restarted the Kickstart to ensure you receive the entire service since your first consultant is no longer with us.
 
You have made the claim that your sales person failed to tell you that you would need plug-ins to do what you wanted the software to do for your business, but in fact Ron Vallone spent about an hour with you on the phone explaining how you could accomplish the desired result by going about it a little differently. When we know specifics, the sales reps are always informing if plug ins are necessary to accomplish something. This is not something we hide, and we are fully aware that several of our thousands of customers utilize many great plug ins that other companies have developed. This is why we have an open API, to allow the innovation to be accomplished and be able to provide more solutions to our customers.
 
At this time we are more than happy to continue the Kickstart service, and are more than happy to help you make sure you are set up with the application. We have Performance Engineers in our department that can help accomplish this as well at no additional costs to you.
 
With the current facts of the situation however, you do not qualify for a refund per the terms and conditions that were agreed upon at the time of first log in.

I have not used Infusionsoft, I have never logged in, I have never done anything but talk about how this program does not work for my business, and ask for a refund.
