 i was having my roof done by a guy named Corey Bixler who works for Innovative Rooding Systems in IN/KY and i think soon for Tecta America Corporation in Baltimore. He was to remove 6 layers of singles from my garage but instead tried to put tar paper over all of it and shingles. i told him the contract said he was to remove all of the roofing before the new roof was to go up he said it would be ok and that he didnt have time to remove it. It took him 2 months to come out and do the work when he did come out he was there 2 days i had already paid him a down payment of $900 he broke the contract and i even told him he could keep $300 for the work he did which i think was more than enough he said he needed $600 so i told him $500 just so i didnt have to deal with him anymore. He said he would drop off the money at my house. when i got home from work i found that he only gave me $300 back of the $900
