Interactive Systems & Technologies Took over $1,000 of my money and did not provide a product - won't return my money. Jasper Georgia

RE: Interactive Systems & Technologies; this Jasper Ga business has taken from me, $1,684.85 (on 10/01/2015) for a product that they are unwilling or unable to provide me, (and after 10 months I don’t want.) 

In September of 2015 I placed an order for a Kit (for a 1994 Ford Lightening. This company immediately took the $1,684.85 our of my account and I have received noting since then. I have called over and over and written.  I gave them the opportunity to make this right and they ignored me without receiving a response from them.  

This is a business that is license and regulated in Georgia. In every state of the union this amount of money, taken without providing a product is a Felony.  It has been 10 months since they essentially stole my money via debit card.    

I am an amputee and cancer survivor living on “Disability” and this money is a huge loss .  I have not gotten any response from Interactive Systems & Technologies.  I have called them and been hung up on.  Most often there is no answer and never are my calls returned.  I have also appealed to the City of Jasper for help and to the county without response.
