I had rented a townhome with my family and my ex at the time between the dates of November 1st, 2011 to October 31st, 2012. The townhome was not fix while we moved in as a dryer that wasn't drying the clothes. We asked multiple times to put a new dryer in as they refused to do it as refused to put new stuff in there from the previous residences as new doors that wasn't fix right. The landlord knew what needed to be done and we waited as well. Nothing got fixed after months went on. I had a dryer, so I used mine and after I moved out in August 2012 the company decides to put my name through a credit agency of United Credit Collections for $390.00. In addition, I had to move out on a personal matter, which they knew about. I paid my share and they never sent me a receipt or a letter stating that I could move out early like they had promised since the personal issue. All I am saying is please do not rent from any of them and also they will screw you everytime as your credit.

This company is shady and so our the workers especially Tracy as she will call you names or won't let you talk to the main owner, which she never gets fired! She is the most horrible person on earth and calling a person crazy lady is not nice on the behalf of her. Everyone has issues in life, but this lady Tracy needs to learn business ethics and learn manners! When a person has to be in a safe place in God's hands of a restraining order from an ex boyfriend that did a number on a person, then the company needs to understand that they should not be allowed to send out any information on her where that ex could found her. She paid her part of when she moved out and now after two years ago they are putting it to the collections when she did her part as that dryer wasn't her fault or a charge she should receive on her behalf. She fixed up as down everything she could to that townhome, but that ex ruined it. Look up the company's name and investigate it before you choose it because you will notice a lot of complaints against them. All she ever wanted was a receipt and a letter she was promised that she could move out earlier as she didn't have to wait.

Lastly, she just waited to explain that she didn't received nothing first and than she got called a "crazy lady by this Tracy Wakelam!" How dear her call someone that after she was all nice to her back than and If anything I think that lady, Wakelam, is the crazy one! People should be treated respectfully and understand that they should give people recipts too if they are doing a business. Wakelam said, "Word from mouth that she could move out and pay half the rent as what she had stated." She is a lier and a rat! She lies all the time to people and needs to be fired. She doesn't give you what you ask or even that landlord Staci Cohen she had to deal with. She never did nothing or fixed nothing as maintenance was the worst!
