ITT Technical Institute, San Bernardino Campus manipulative deceitful individuals, signing students up without legal written consent, retaliation received after reporting to Admin San Bernardino California

I recently graduated from ITT Technical Institute, San Bernardino CA June 18th. While I was in my last Quarter, and involved with finals. The school was attempting to pitch the idea for my graduating class to attend for the Bachelors in Science Program Information Security. While I was still in the process of speaking what I would be going to decide to do with my wife and family.

The Director of Recruitment La Monte Mc Pike, took it upon himself to sign me up, and schedule me for Project Management Bachelors Course which was out of the scope of my field of study. When I found out about what had happened I had to file a dispute with the Administration of the school (Dean of Students) . By doing so I was given no real choice but to sign up for the Bachelors course that is not available for almost 2 quarters, and may be online only. After the dispute was met with a change in signed up courses I did not want to attend, I was bullied into meet up with Director of Recruitment La Monte Mc Pike in a conference room alone where I felt intimidated by his size and demeanor. During the one on one meeting I was not able to get a word in to defend my actions. During this time I was working as a Federal Work student at ITT, and while in filing room I was met by one of the recruiters that had come in and stated to me that it was his fault regarding me being signed up for a course I did not want and he was sorry. The Gentlemen that spoke with me had no involvement. I am Disabled and I may be a guy person, I am not confrontational and do not feel any actions are not needed.

I am now receiving discrimination from Director of Recruitment La Monte Mc Pike, when I have inquired about employment with ITT Technical Institute I received discouragement, and straight out "No, even if you do have the qualifications I will not hire you”, I was contacted by the Manager of Recruitment to come in for a Presentation for a potential job with The School on August 8th, 2013 that I meet qualifications for. On that day I received the same negative display of resentment from Director of Recruitment La Monte Mc Pike

I feel as if there some form of retaliation taking place from Director of Recruitment La Monte Mc Pike since the day I did not agree with being signed up for something I did not want, or would not approve of paying for. I request a general investigation be placed upon the practices with the ITT Technical Institute San Bernardino's Recruitment Department, and I wish not to receive further bullying, and or retaliation from any individuals that are employed with The ITT Technical Institute Establishment. I feel this is unethical and does not need to come to a point where matter may need to be addressed further with legal actions.
