I paid for photos in November for pictures taken in December scheduled for delivery in 6-8 weeks (approximately February 20th). The digital images were emailed March 2nd but the printed material included in the price for the paid still had not been received as of May 20th. 

The delay of the photos delayed my initial "Save the Date" reminders for the upcoming graduation. Starting February 27th, I repeatedly asked the photographer to send the proucts purchased.  The photographer had many excuses and claimed to be sending my purchase immediately following each request, but never really sent the merchandise. I requested a chargeback from my credit card on April 15th. The following day the photographer commenced to sending condescending text messages where the photographer frequently referred to me as a thief.

I have had to reorder prints because the time to send out graduation announcements is too near to await the possible arrival of the prints for which I have already paid the photographer.  The emailed images were so large, my computer compressed the files at least twice, lowering the quality of the photo.  The photos are rather dull but this is all I have for graduation at this time. 

This purchase was made using PayPal, but PayPal does not cover claims regarding intangible goods.  This purchase qualified partially as intangible goods because a service fee was included in the transaction. The photographer has since replied stating that nothing will be sent to me.  I have also purchased February issues of magazines that were never shipped as of April 20th, with those charges also currently in dispute. I have filed several reports and complaints so, if nothing else, others will not likely be subjected to this type of transaction.  Beware of the excuses.  They are rather plausible, but only push the timeline out far enough to make chargebacks and credit card charge disputes difficult.

This photographer has yet to send or show a proof of shipment. The picture I wanted to have blown up was emailed making the photos of quality so low that only 4x6 images chould have been printing.  A jump drive or CD with the photos were part of the package that I paid for and though the photographer claims to have sent 600 photos were emailed only 150 low quality photos were sent.  Also in the package sold, prints were to be included and the package included edited photos.  With the poor quality, the edited photos were not different then the unedited version.  This is why I have continuously claimed to not have received my product.  There are no large prints that can be made from what I received and the receipt shows the CD, prints, and edits were due to me.  Also, although there is no proof of shipment, the photographer's claim to have mailed the product were only made after I requested a refund. Prior to my request, this photographer had difficulties even knowing the a shipping number for the product sent, which she has yet to provided.  She has shown no proof of shipping nor shipping documents and her word is of no value. Even her claim for the pictures to be sitting at the post office since April only further demonstrates that she did not even attempt to mail the product until after I requested refunds.  I began asking for my product when it was due in February for graduation in June.  To use this photographer is a gross waste of money and a poor business decision, as business ethics are greatly lacking.  There are too many options available for her to ba a selection.  BEWARE!!

 This client had me email her all images as well as send her 659 images via dropbox. She received everything she paid for and extra.She printed her own images before mine arrived and when her certified mail arrived she ignored it and it's been setting at the post office in her home town since April and now its in route back to me.She ignored the certified notice several times on each attempt as she continues to claim she never received them.Angela doesn't need the prints I sent because she has all original copies uploaded from the DROPBOX I sent her.She also made invitations, did her own prints, and made a large image from my edited finished product..I have emails from her saying how much she loves them and text.She is a dishonest person who tried to get a refund once she received everything and once I proved everything she paid for was delivered via email and USPS they closed her case with no refund. SHE ANGRY THAT SHE COULDN'T GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING. Also her packed included Make Up a 3 Hour Shoot,6 Edited Retouched Images,6/5×7 and 54 wallets..I sent her over 18 edited images, all unedited,3/8×10,14/5×7, and over a 100 wallets, plus 40/4×6..I do extra all the time never stealing from anyone, but this is the thanks I get for transforming her daughter and providing beautiful images.I will not pay to Ship to her again because she refused her package twice to prove her ridiculous case of not receiving her images.

Do Not Pay for Products Not Received

This is just as suspected.  The due dates are set out just far enough to not be able to recooperate the cost from credit card transactions and these purchases are not covered by PayPal.  Absolute ripoff!!  After requesting a refund for products not received and filing complaints, the photographer tries to hurry and mail the products all of a sudden.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! This company is an absolute waste of time and money!!  Beaumont, TX has a population of less than 200,000 people but is listed in the top 10 cities in the U.S. with the highest crime rates.  I should have suspected such an outcome.
