I was very displeased with the hair I got online from Jace Beauty, everybody was ranting and raving about how great the hair was, so I wanted to try the hair after doing some research and looking at her youtube video's. Ok I was kinda leary about ordering hair online but after I read the reviews I said why not give it a shot, I spent 640 dollars on the Russian Fede Medium Coarse hair I got an 14, 16, 18 inch hair. I got my hair in about 3 1/2 months, and I mean for a 3 1/2 month waiting time, I expected spectacular hair. When I recieved it that thursday the hair was damped it was 3 different colors brown, black and jet black the hair was very dry and brittle. It had so man light strands, they could have been grey, but there were so man grey hairs, There is no reason to sell this hair to a customer, she should have dyed and installed this hair herself. The wefts were decent but my beards were very long and the shedding was uncontrolable out of the the little bag it comes in. This is the WORST hair I hair ever bought for 640.00 , like this really pissed me off because you work and you save up your money and you want to do something special for yourself. So i quickly send them a email and they tell me the hair is prewashed and to put some oil on the hair for the dryness. Ok when I spend that much money on hair i should not put anything on it EXPECIALLY if its new fresh out the bag. After a co-wash, it got no better. Ladies please do your research before you buy hair off the internet. I really wish I had done mine. This company does not stand behind the product

I ordered hair from this company as well and spent about 800 on 4 bundles. Yeah they do email you every week with and update of your order but when it was time to ship i NEVER got a tracking number and the emails stopped. I waited about a month after the 6 weeks to file a claim. Also I callled several times and noone ever picked up. I had to file a claim with my bank and while i was on the phone with my bank my bank tried to call them and noone picked up as well. Thank God i got my money back, Long story short, never recieved my hair. Never heard from Jace after the 6 weeks.

I was online and came across this ...I have bought hair from jace. This is by far the best hair I ever purchased..I noticed that all 4 complaints have come from the same place so it's probably the same person..I have used indique hair..onyc hair..TIH hair..I mean the list goes on and on....trust me I kno quality hair....one thing I will agree on is it does take long to get the hair..I am trying to adjust to waiting 6 or more weeks for the hair..but the costumer service is the best out there..this chick is lying..I'm sorry but you are lying..they sent me a email every week to tell me what was happening with my hair..every week!! And then this time my hair was alil late so I called them and they responded right away!!! The owner herself called me to let me know the reason why my hair was late..it was late because the hair was unsatisfactory to them..and I appreciated that...I'm in love with this hair..yes it does shed ..alil bit..but u can seal the wefts..as far as matting up..I wake up n go...I don't have to comb this hair it's smooth and soft! Idk where you bought your hair from but it certainly wasn't jace..you must have bought your hair from somebody who was pretending to be jace hair...they do tell you that you may find a grey hair..HELLO it's real hair..and it's virgin so they are not going to dye it!! Smh this hair is the best fit for me..beware of fake vendors
