I have had my share of bad neighbors and have probably been a bad neighbor on occasion,depending on the season of my life. There are too many stories to tell about Jeff Spector of Seneca. We try very hard not to waste any of our physical,mental or spiritual energy on him,but the one thing we cannot get away from is his mouth. He cannot speak in a normal tone. He must always yell at the top of his lungs. And his words are not poetry but curses. Yells to his wife-F_ this and F_ that. Announces to the world that his wife is a...well,you fill in the blank.Everyday we are treated to a litany of this. It is a daily rendition of Jeff Spector's soap opera. My blood runs cold at the mere sound of his voice.And while there may be a noise pollution statute,how do you get someone to get him to tone it down or at least clean up the language? I could tape it,but what is the point? We planted bushes,shrubs and bamboo so we don't have to see him. When we remodeled,we took out all but two windows on that side of the house. But how do you not hear his voice?

Jeffrey Spector's wife once kept me on the phone for half an hour complaining about another neighbor's dog staring at her. I later learned that Jeffrey had another woman on the side. His Wife must have been feeling lonely that day.She always comes over if she noticed our outside door open. She'd also come into the back yard in her very small bikini and invite herself into our pool whenever we were swimming. At first I found her very intrusive,but as time passed I got to know her better.She was lonely and she needed a friend. I guess what I'm trying to say is that sometimes we may think that someone is being a bad neighbor,but maybe they need a good  neighbor to befriend or help them.

Because of Jeffrey Spector's behavior,the family is dysfunctional. We have a 6 year old who goes to bed at 8 PM and cannot sleep as a result of his three daughters running around. We've asked politely,and not so politely; Mr. Spector is just impossible to talk to. He is the rudest person that I ever encountered. Jeffrey Spector of Seneca feels that his daughters should be able to play wherever they want,regardless of who owns the property because "they're kids". They have destroyed our daughter's swingset,are rude when asked to go back to their own property and yell insults to everyone who leaves my home. Their children have every "plastic toy" on the market. The toys are constantly left out in the yard in full view of my yard. Horrors, just little horrors.
