Jerry R. Wells Mullin & Fillipi Workers Comopensation Attorney that Facilitates Fraud for Employers San Jose, California

This is my Ripoff Report on Jerry R. Wells, an attorney for the Mullin & Fillipi Law Firm. Jerry Wells is a Facilitator of Workers Compensation Employer and Insurance Company Frauds. That has Governement ties that allow him to monitor you illegally through cell phone tapping, internet tapping and other forms of Spyware use.

Throughtout my Injury Claims against Clark Pest Control, Jerry Wells has been instrumental in stalling, committing "Ex-Parte Communications" and has been a major violater in my Civil Rights.

Even though Jerry Wells claims to be a Christian man that regularly attends Catholic Services, he is anything but a Christian. In fact the only Christians that he could fit in with are the onesw that appeared during the 1260 years of dark ages. He has actualkly taken part in the facilitating of multiple employer frauds and even altered emails that he tried to turn in as evidence.

I am in the process of of filing a Federal Lawsuit against Jerry Wells for Committing Fraud on several occasions in my Workers Compensation claims.

Mr. Wells along with Kimberley Pryor, Paula Montgomery and Richard Berryhill were facilitators in making sure that my Workers Compensation Injuries were not documented and that Kaiser Permanente would hide my Lung & Colon Cancer from me for 4 1/2 years.

Mr. Wells claimed that when I settled my Workers Compensation injury claims it was with eyes wide open, in December 2009. But no one ever disclosed Cancer of the Lungs and Colon until after I left the State of California. This man is nothing more than a Murderer and should be proescuted and sent to prison for all the injured workers that he has harmed.

Jerry Wells worked closely with Judge Steven Tuan, Judge Howard Levin and Judge Oliver Boyer to defraud me of my Worlkers Compensation Benefits. He is close friends with these 3 Judges and they do whatever he wants in all his cases. I will file individual complaints against each one of these Judges on the "Ripoff Report".

For the last few months Jerry R. Wells has worked with the Mormon Church and the Divison of Workers Compensation and the State of California to monitor me by breaking into my emails, Broowaha accounts and erase articles I saved, my Blogs that they had the Shelter prohibit me from putting Clark Pest Control and kaiser Permanente documents on it, You Tube videos that I perosnally uploaded and received a confirmation email telling me that it went through, then they erased nmy emails, my ripoff reports that they have made it so that I can't add documents on my reports.

Jerry R. Wells is also taking part along with the Clark Pest Control, Mormon Church, the Division of Workers Compensation and the State of Claifornia in making sure that I don't receive Social Security Disability as a Disabled person.

The best way to describe Jerry R. Wells is that he is a Terrorist and needs to be formally charged.
