I ordered a Jaja Stylus from this guy's company, Hex3, a while back.  I received my product and was happy, end of story.  So when I got a promotoinal email offering a two for one on their newest stylus, the YuFu, I went ahead and pre-ordered it.  This was back in March.  Now, ten months later I have no product and after contacting the company four times and getting no response whatsoever, I have no refund.

My time limit is up with Paypal, who won't help me.

After doing some research I learned that this man is a complete fraud.  He funded the Yufu through kickstarter, and ripped off people there, too.  None of his backers have received a proudct, and to date, not even a working prototype has ever been glimpsed.

The Yufu is just one of several kickstarter crowdfunded products this millionare (he made his face in pornography) has taken money for, and not delivered.  On his website, he continues to sell this phantom prodouct, and others, scamming people out of their money.  I'm not sure how this is allowed to happen, but it is.

Stay away from any product with John Atherton's name on it.  The self-made millionare is already in trouble for scamming people in land deals in Japan.  He's Austrailian but recently seems to have moved to Hong Kong to mock his former supporters from his Twitter account and kickstarter page.  His Facebook page has been removed after being flooded with thousands of complaints from customers and backers seeking refunds.

Just so wrong this guy is allowed to keep taking money.  As of yesterday, he is still sending out ads and coupons via email to get people to buy his ghost products.  Just recently, the comany Si which makes the art app Procreate, which used to support Hex3 products, publicly announced they are severing all ties with Atherton and his products amid his unresponsivness and the flood of negative comments from disgruntled customers and backers.
