I have been trying to work with Kirk Mayer since 2012 regarding a promo they were running. I called him to make sure my daughter would get the promo of a compimentary gown, tassel and sweatshirt. He assured me that he would honor it, and have it avalable for her next time he was at the school. Here it is 2014 and now he says he has no record of our conversation and will not honor what he said. I have sent him several emails where he did say he would assist, but when I sent a complaint to the head office, he has become even more hateful. I contacted the head office twice with no response. Very disappointing company. Yes, this is a monopoly, I have not seen any other competition, so they simply do not care.

Kirk here , this is a false report most likely written by a competitor. First off I service over 200 schools and have never had a customer service problem that wasn't happily resolved -- in 10 years of being in this business.
Secondly my industry has several competitors and Jostens in far from a monopoly so the credibility of this claim is zero.
Last - we carry records and receipts of everything and we issue receipts to all customers so this person is confused about either what they ordered and what the corresponding promotion was or is just blatantly lying
