I am a current distributor of URtheStar in Australia and I am really happy with my business!

 As a business owner I always research new products to enhance my product range. Part of my process is to follow due diligence to ensure I enter a partnership with reputable companies.

 To cut a long story short I viewed the ripoffreport  after hearing about Kurt Penbergs attacks on my business and my head company and I must say I was shocked.  He has made up false distributors to post his lies and let me assure you that I know all distributors in Australia - we all know each other. What he has made up and posted is just lies.

I can assure you first hand I am an existing distributor and I have never experienced any of the accusations made from who we know is Kurt Penberg, they are just not true.

To ensure my business was not under threat I did a search on Kurt Penberg and I noticed there were over 30 complaints dating back to 2010 just on this one site.  There are also lots of other scammer reports on him. It looks like he has scammed people from all over the world for many years and with various products, which rings alarm bells for me.

 It seems Kurt Penburg is trying to discredit our company and I am part of that business, I find that a disgrace.  I found documentation from the SEC with fraud charges against him, and I believe with my knowledge of business these look legit and these cannot be forged:-

  It looks like he has a long history of scamming people and in the SEC charges he has been charged with Manipulative and Deceptive Devices.  This proves to me who is telling the truth and who the real scammer is. I know he tried to run us out of business illegally and had to be stopped legally by our head office here in Australia. 

 In this day and age we rely on social media, it is the way of the times and then we have the added benefit of freedom of speech. Too many laws but no vetting processes, which concerns me. It can destroy businesses. I’m not going to get on my high horse because in this case I only want to focus on the facts and my experience.

My wife and I have been selling this Aussie companys products for over 2 years now in the UK. My wife and I work this as a part time business and its been great for us. The products are great and there new range of singing animals is doing great too.

We knew of this Kurt Penberg guy causing problems with our company because head office refused to do business with him because of his bad reputation. What he is making up here is just wrong. What's the guys problem. Seems to me he is obsessed with this Aussie company and he is obsessed with the boss of our company.

None of what he is saying is true. The software is great. Products are great. Our website is great. Head office look after everything for us like the website hosting, loading the new products and we just run our business. We are very happy with U R The Star.

Its not fair that this bloke trashes a good company like this. He trashes all of us for no reason but he is obsessed and we think very very jealous because our company is doing well and his is not. What do his distributors think of this jealousy and actions?

Karen Bohringer  took 4000 AUD for a distributorship from my family. We had saved money for several years in an attempt to start our own business. After looking at several different companies we decided to give Karen Bohringer company at http://www.ustar.com.au/ a call.

I found Karen to be very switched on with great information about why her company made sense for our first business. She can talk and talk for hours with what seems like a passion but in the end was just all lies. I should have known better that I always got her voice mail and she was the only person to ever pick up the phone, but she was so convincing that I eventually fell prey to her stories.

 I have never been so wrong in my life .Karen Bohringer is a total con artist. Everything she told us turned out to be a lie. Her excellent customer service, does not exist, her technical support does not exist, her company and offices do not exist. Karen, we believe is working out of a garage if she is working at all. The System and products she sold us never worked. Call after call was ignored until I got my solicitor on the case. Another 1000 AUD in solicitor costs and we still had nothing. Going with Karen was a horrible experience. We since dealing with her have spoken to many other distributors across Australia who have shared the same experiences. Karen will lie about anything and promise the world when all she is after is your hard earned money.

There is nothing good that will ever come from .ustar.com.au but trouble beyond what you can imagine. She talks a good game, and when she is trying to sell you will act as if she is your best friend but she is the devil in disguise. I am sending this link across to the other distributor who have been taken advantage of by Karen. I lost everything because of this women and I am furious to see that she continues to take advantage of unexpecting innocent victims

NEVER EVER go into business with this man!!!  RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN IF HE APPROACHES YOU!!!

DO NOT BELIEVE THIS POST trashing the Aussie company - it is Kurt Penberg of Sing Your Name!!! Everyone in the industry knows it is him so no surprise there - he has quite the reputation for trashing competitors, and I also know of the recent dramas between Australia (not wanting anything to do with him) and his typical nasty response.

I am about to take legal action against Kurt Penberg. Please check out my upcoming report and I would love to hear from anyone who has had similar experiences with this conman.

It is about time he pays back what he owes people. He stole $10,000 from me and hundreds of hours of my time and in return he gave me inferior products and no communication whatsoever!  Needless to say, when I asked for my money back because he had not delivered - I heard nothing. I am still waiting. This has been devastating for me and for my family.

Do a search for Kurt Penberg, and see what you find - he is a conman and a criminal - I wish I had known.

I actually worked for this great Australian company for 2 years while I was living in Australia and only left to return home recently. I helped them out with IT and marketing and their products and their customer service is amazing and second to none.

I know for a fact that recently the President of an American personalised children's products company based in San Diego (and failing miserably in its business with many unhappy distributors), was rejected when seeking to do business in Australia through URtheStar. They knew of this man's reputation and were also warned by many people in the industry NOT to do any business with him.

He didn't like being told no, and he tried again and again to get them to change their mind, but they kept telling him no - as is their right. So he then began threatening the company and the company director (who is a great hard working woman) with vicious lies and rants and promises to ruin her and the company if she wouldn't do business with him - the guy is a lunatic!

He openly admitted that he was going to post lies right here on this site about them. It's ridiculous as this so called 'regional church administrator' is in fact a cowardly criminal who is very well known to ripoffreport as he features regularly on it!!! I was there when his hate campaign began and we ended up having to block his disgusting daily e-mails as he just wouldn't stop the harassment. I know - because I blocked his e-mails!

Do not believe a word of this post - I know for a fact 100% who this guy is and he is a slimy gutless scammer and should be held accountable for what he has done and continues to do to many honest and hard working people including his distributors.

He now uses the church to achieve anonymity??? I am not surprised as this is the character of the man. He needs to be exposed and held accountable for this conduct.
