 Myself and my Husband had talked with Karen Lamay about her premises located at 13 Evelyn st in Rutland. We came up with agreement of 1,500.00 down and first month free rent after that it would be $750 a month for the first two month's $1,500 after that. When we gave her the deposet she then told us she needed more money for the second and thirds month and if we dident agree she had someone already interested.

We have given her the deposited  of $1,500.00 and she gave us the keys as we where working on the building during our first free month to get it looking good and get it open as soon as possible. My husband and her ex husband James DeRosia had a disagreement not knowing who this man even was because all araments where mad between myself my husband and Karen only. After getting all the licensees required. She and her other tenets started threatening us and making it impossible to do anything we agreed a pone. we have already put allot of money and time in this premises.

Karen has truly taking our money and trying to get us to leave.  I want to let others  know watch  out she never even gave us our lease like agreed upon the privies tenet went with out a lease for three years. Now trying to tell us we have to leave after the money she has taken as well as all the work we have done to the place her not giving us our lease has now given us no wrights as tents.

 she has made false statements to other tenants making us look like dangerous people to where our neighbors where packing guns and threatening us and our family where myself and children left state en till my husband could solve this problem.  The police and courts have been misled. we are still fighting with this woman to keep us doing what we all agreed a pone and paid for.
  We are now finding we are not the first she has done this to. Shes has not been a professional land lord. We just want to get this business going to make a successful life for our family and for her to do the write thing and not take our money and leave us with nothing.
