Kumato Labs Refused categorically to honor their Money Back Anytime published guarantee Signal Hills, California

Kumato Labs, who have very "creative" and "integral" advertising designed to make the consumer believe that they are acting according to the highest spiritual principles, publishes a Money Back Anytime guarantee.  When I called them to exchange two unopened boxes of their product Cho-Wa , which had no noticeable effect on my health for a transcendental sleep product they are currently flogging called Nemuri, they refused to honor their guarantee because the product was expired.   I said that the Money Back Guarantee they published was not qualified by the expiration date, which moreover I was oblivious to and they stood their ground and refused either to exchange my products for other products or to refund my money.  

With shipping the total came to $131.86.  They are stiffing me for $87.90, 2/3 of the amount of the total amount of original purchase, which I was trying to return.   This is not a nothing sum.  If it were taken to small claims court, unquestionably I would win a judgment against them, but they are out of  CAlifornia, so that is not feasible.  But their pretense to  integrity and customer care go out the window, when it might hit their pocketbook.   It is particularly disgusting when a shyster spirit undergirds such transcendentally hyped herbal products.   Be careful of this company.
