This is a This is a property preservation that starts out good but the longer you work for them the more difficult things become. They send you out to do bids on foreclosed properties that you do for free unless there happens to be an emergent issue that needs to be addressed. You write a bid for the work that is needed and in our case we utilized a cost estimator to ensure that we were within industry standards and yet they would still send us work order approvals that were well below our bidded price. They seemed to get upset when we told them that we could not nor would not accept the job for the approved price and stated that the reduction was not them but the client and it was based on their industry scores.....(HMMMM-Red Flag???!!!). We put up all the up-front costs and then the work was given to another contractor because we could not afford to lose more money at the reduced price. The other contractor did not have the up-front costs for the cost estimator or expenses for the original trip to do the bid. This was a very frustrating time for us because it felt like they expected us to provide our labor for free. We, like everyone else, expect to be compensated for our efforts and we were already providing initial services for free with the understanding that we would be compensated when the work was completed.

We began our association with this company on April 22 , 2016 and NEVER had an issue with our pay until the very end of our association. This company REQUIRES direct deposit but they do not tell you that this allows them access to your financial institution for both deposits and "REVERSALS" (which is a glorified way to say we can go into your account and STEAL your money after we pay you - which I don't care what spin you put on it still boils down to withdrawing/reversing/STEALING your money). We got mostly grass cuts from this company which anyone in this industry knows, doesn't pay much but we did alot of them! This company pays on the 15th and the 30th (approximately 30 days after submission of the invoice).

There came a time when we got really swamped and had multiple equipment break downs so we notified the company that we needed to take a break while we straightened things out. They were okay with this. When the time came that we were ready to resume servicing their clients they decided that due to issues from the reduced approval prices they were not interested in resuming our association with their company. That was fine with us and at this time they still owed us two pay checks. As previously stated, there had never been an issue with our pay prior to this and we had been told by multiple associates in their organization that they were extremely pleased with both our quality of work as well as the completeness of our work and wished they had more contractors like us. SUDDENLY they began to find issues that we were not told about nor given an opportunity to resolve or dispute.

We were sent an email stating that we needed to provide "AFTER" pictures of a grass cut but since they had already suspended our login account we could not access the information for the particular property. I only had my personal records to determine the property involved and it included no pictorial documentation. When I attempted to contact the individual that had originated the emailed request I was told she was in a meeting and unavailable. The representative inquired as to whether they could be of assistance. I explained my issue and she researched the files and informed me that the message had been sent to me in error and to disregard the message...it was all good. This grass cut had been performed a MONTH prior to the request for pictures so it was not like we could simply go to the property and re-take after pictures....it should have been cut twice since the episode in question. We were told that the client had disputed the payment so we requested documentation of the client's statement (WHICH WE ARE WELL WITHIN OUR RIGHTS TO DO AND THEY ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE). They have never responded to this request nor have they provided the requested documentation!!! This request was made on 2 separate occassions.

When we received our final check there were several deductions made for undisclosed issues that we were never notified of nor given an opportunity to resolve or dispute. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THERE HAD EVER BEEN SUCH AN ISSUE WITH OUR PAY (HMMMM-Big Surprise-seems like they were just looking for a reason to RIP US OFF!!!!). We received a "Recall on the PAY SUMMARY" not the "PAY" and when I asked what that meant I was told he realize he sent an incorrect pay summary. I NEVER received a corrected pay summary or any other response in regards to the pay summary so imagine my surprise when I confirmed the deposit and then went back 2 days later to find my account was overdrawn because they had "REVERSED" the payment!!! Now I'm sorry, you can put any spin you want on this situation withdrawing/reversing/STEALING....it still comes down to an unauthorized removal of funds from my account STEALING!!!! I was NEVER notified that funds were going to be removed from my account nor was I ever given an opportunity to address any issues that may be involved in this situation. The SUPPOSED ISSUE was a grass cut and I am quite certain everyone can agree that a simple grass cut does not constitute a $2,678.73 THEFT from my account.....come on, let's be real hers!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY INFORMATION TO ACCESS YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION!!!! This is obviously not a company that optimizes honest, reputable or good ethics within their work practices. Integrity does not appear to be a top priority within this organization. BEWARE!!!! Given half a chance this company will STEAL your HARD EARNED MONEY behind your back.....like a thief in the night!!!! MY ADVICE is DO NOT ENTER INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS ORGANIZATION unless you want to work hard for free!!!! They DO NOT COMMUNICATE descrepancies with you or provide an opportunity to respond to alleged issues. They do not provide LEGALLY REQUIRED documentation to prove client chargebacks when requested. Apparently they operate by their own set of rules.

IF APPROACHED BY THIS COMPANY FOR AN OPPORTUNITY do yourself a favor and RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! They do not tell you they can and will deposit and REMOVE money from your account. WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE TRUST OR RESPECT YOU DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING!!!!!
