 This company swears up and down that I did not call to cancel in time and I cancelled the Kollagen Intensive product the same time that I cancelled the other worthless product call dermalmeds. Plus I told that I could not return a product because the product was not returnable. Of course it is because it is awful and no one wants to use it but the customer service Sherrell and her Supervisor Candice, say that your thirty day trial starts from the day that you order not the day it is deliivered and it is your responsibility to call within the time frame. My biggest grip is that every product in this country can be returned if it is unopened and unused as well as unwanted by the consumer are these people exempt and they can charge your account for a product they say you have thirty days to try? Of course they can because the teeny tiny print says it starts the day you order and you cannot return it for a refund you are stuck with a product that costs you a lot of money in this case 2 jars of worthless creme for $100.00. Why arre scams allowed to keep going iin this country, it is amazing.

I would just like to get some honesty business practice back in this country. I am a vet and on a limited income only to be ripped off by these scam artist that I spent my entire adult life defend their freedom for. Amazing, simply amazing.
