 I have ordered several shipments of tobacco leaves which you shred yourself from them and been happy. My last order never arrived when I tracked it on USPS it said picked up label printed on 5_23_16 I thought that meant picked up by USPS. Finally I called them on 6_17_16 they said USPS lost it they had lots of problems with USPS and they would send me a replacement shipments out i paid a second shipping with UPS which i did. It sounded fishy to me that they made me pay shipping twice for the same item. Meanwhile i called USPS to investigate they said that if it didn't say picked up by USPS then they never got package and that since it was registered mail they were either never charged by them or if they had been charged it would be refunded. So i emailed their customer support representative only called Monique they never answer their contact phone again and asked if i could have the money refunded that i payed for USPS shipments that never occurred. She said I could get a refund or a store credit only after USPS finished their investigation gel that could take 60 days. My question is why do I have to wait up to 60 days for an investigation to be completed on a package that is insured for $100 anyway when they arent even paying USPS for it to get a refund??? I gave Monique an option to give me store credit instead because I figured it was a scam and would probably never get any money back anyway The shipper listed on the USPS tracking is United Shipping Solutions. Monique said the USPS truck came right to the warehouse but why would another shipping outfit be listed if that were true? What really made me realize this was a scam was when I looked up this United Shipping Solutions online and found it listed many times as an internet scammer. One site said they were an internet scammer out of West Africa who used stolen credit cards hired people to place orders and have merchandise mailed to their homes then a few days later they were payed visits by the police for receiving stolen merchandise. The listing right below the scam warning was by United Shipping Solutions advertising fit that very same job as described. I knew right then I had been scammed. I think the company might be a scammer but they might be a good company that just picked the wrong people to handle their shipping too bad their product was good I was planning to be a lifetime customer.

 I was very happy with the response by Monique Hughes Customer Service Rep at leafonly.com. They instantly refunded my money it was just a case of miscommunication on my part. Looking back in was completely unfair and an overreaction on my part to file a complaint on Ripoff Report about the service of Monique Hughes or leafonly.com. I would remove this complaint from the Ripoff Report website or at least take down the posting but the site info says the reports are a permanent record. Jay, Columbus Ohio

Jay,

Your account of what happened is missing some important information. Your package was absolutely picked up via USPS, however, you are correct that the tracking information wasn't showing up. I advised you that USPS allows up to 10 business days to deliver a Priority Mail package and that I couldn't place an inquiry on the package until the 11th business day. Once I'm able to place an inquiry on the package, USPS allows up to another 10 business days to investigate and try to find the location of the package. I'm not sure where you got 60 days from, but I never said that.

Your initial issue with this, was the fact that your package wasn't going to arrive within the estimated 2-3 business days. I explained very thoroughly USPS' shipping time frame and how they are an outside company that you hired to deliver your product. I have no say in what happens once they have the package or how fast/slow it takes them to deliver the package.

 

Per our refund policy, during an investigation, we do not ship out another package, unless the customer pays for the order again. I explained the reasoning for this was because sometimes they are able to locate the package and have it delivered. So, you would have paid for only one order and received two. After several explicit emails on your part, including, "I hope the big hit of crack you do with the money you cheated me out of causes you to have a heart attack and die Lying aAss b***h," I refunded your card the cost of shipping on that order, so I wouldn't have to deal with another inappropriate email from you.

I also called USPS on your behalf and was told that you never called them to inquire where your package was or spoke to anyone there in regards to this matter. Your shipping label wasn't printed on 05/23, it was printed 05/11, so that's a bit of an exaggeration. You emailed me about the issue you were having on 05/19, not 06/17. Your tracking information even states that your package was picked up by USPS, so that is a flat out lie on your complaint.

You keep referring to us as a scam company, however, you have placed several more orders with us after this whole experience. Not to mention the dozen of orders you received before this incident. You also never called in to speak to me directly. We only communicated via email. You are the one that asked if we shipped with United Shipping Solutions and I advised that I had never heard of that company before. The tracking information that was emailed to you is linked to USPS' website. So, I have no idea where you got that the shipping label had United Shipping Solutions on it?

All in all, you were refunded for that order and have placed several orders after that, where I was again harassed by you in regards to our shipping timeframe. Which, is listed in several places on our website. It is also important to mention that you never shipped with USPS again...you have always chosen UPS after this incident.
