This customer was very rude with our customer service team from the first email he sent. If he would have taken the time to read our policy, he would see that if he was not completely satisfied, he could have simply contacted us (nicely) and asked for a replacement of any product(s) on our site of equal value. He chose to go another route and berate our customer service reps, cussing and making threats.
Just read the many reviews of our company. All you have to do is Google "legalherbalshop.com reviews". You will find a slew of positive reviews and remarks about our products and customer service. For example, here are a few links:

....So, you see, we have many great products that have satisfied many people out there. But, of course, not everyone will be 100% satisfied with every product (as any retailer knows). It was unfortunate this customer was so angry and decided to go the route he did. We could have worked something out with him.
